RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

 RETURNS

In the event that equipment is returned a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Upon receiving the equipment, www.ForesTechResourceSolutions.com retains the right to inspect the equipment for use, abuse or damage and will assess the return value. Equipment will not be accepted for return after 60 days from date of purchase.

Note: Since all software can be authorized on a local PC, it is considered nonreturnable.

When software is purchased, the purchaser owns the license rights to the software and therefore retains those rights in the event hardware is returned. The customer then has the legal right to resell the software as they choose.

SHIPPING

Shipment will be UPS ground, unless expedited shipping has been purchased.

Items will be shipped within 30 days after receipt of order. 

Most orders will be shipped within 5 business days, but this is not guaranteed.
